electric seat 850 help

the back rest tilt part of my drivers seat has stopped moving with the electric button? i can here the motor which seems to go through the travel when using button but no movement? anyone got any ideas on this i'd grateful

my passenger seat has the same prob mate. will tilt back tho wont tilt forwards. still have not been able to fix it so just means the seat has to stay in the fixed position i have it in. good luck trying to sort urs out
