    Hi Abdul,
It's impossible to repair a porous wheel, but make sure that when you fit a tyre to the rim, that the tyre seat area is throughly cleaned , and use plenty of rim sealant.

Could it not be a faulty valve?

If its losing air that quickly drop it in a big bath of water and see where the air is leaking.

Had this problem with an old set of columba alloys - was recommended by a large tyre fitting chain (no names!) to visit and independant fitter who would be able to fit an inner tube which would prevent the leaking. Upgraded the alloys instead, but not sure if their advise was plausible.
