    problem can any1 HELP

    noticed the other day oil leaking from gearbox when try'd setting off the car bounced as if it was about to stall dipped the clutch to prevent it its in a local garage waiting to get checked, Car is a manual 850R can anyone help

    sounds like the gearbox seals mate were the drive shafts go in.just an idea without seeing the car.

    car still drives but havent driven it as i dont want to damage it more

    at a guess id say inner cv joint as gone wrong...
    siezed or broken up and causing the seal to be opened up more than its meant to thus leaking the gear oil,also will give horrendus vibration as you take up the drive or move as its not turning central,it will be like having a bent driveshaft
