Shot heater matrix? Leak around plastic under the radio.

Had a look to find my condensate drain for my aircon, then found a tissue and a bit wet from coolant or something?

Theres a plastic container or something above this, which seemed to be a little wet, nothing major, but is this the matrix? If so, what am I looking at to change it!?

Pre ME7 can get at the matrix to remove not to bad a job but ME7 the complete dash has to be removed!
