    filler cap locked and wont start

    not sure what has happened but the fuel cap is locked and it wont start

    Strange, when you say the filler cap, do you mean the petrol filler cap and do you mean the flap or the screw cap? The flap can be opened manually from the load bay by removing the trim on the offside.

    If its the actual cap, coupled with starting problem, sounds like the fuel tank has vac'd down but i'm not sure how that could happen. Good luck.
