Rubbing front brakes

Hi all spent some of the morning today replacing the front brake pads as it making an annoying rubbing noise, anyway took the car for a spin only to find its still there, the brakes make a fair bit of noise when applying the pedal, but when i go over a bump it goes... any ideas?

the brake backing plate can be bent and rubbing on the discs

yeh checked all that when i changed the pads, cheers anyway.
