lol that used to be my part of the country but that was a while back so i cant really recommend anyone. Might be in the area myself as well next week

There is a great place in Swindon for wheel refurbing called Lepsons http://www.lepsons.com/
We used to use them at the bodyshop i worked at. I know its a little distance from Cheltenham but if iirc they now have courtesy cars so you could try ringing them and seein if you can book in for that.
I know a lot of main dealers use them as well.

There is a good company in Birmingham offering powdercoating a £40 all in per wheel. A friend had his 18 inch A4 alloys refurbed and the finish is excellent. I'll ask what the company is called tomorrow if you like.
