I would have thought head along the Black Country Route was better bet. The Showcase Cinema site adjacent to J10 of M6 perhaps? There is a pub at the rear of this.

I am. However, I will not be able to get away from work till 6pm earliest. If you intend to meet up at the pub near J10/M6 it's approx 20 mins from my work to there.

This is why I wanted to know what time it was likely to go on to as with a long journey home I didn't want people hanging about waiting on me.

I dont mind where we meet is Junction 10 ok for Dave too?
My meeting will finish around 5ish so should be able to make Junction 10 for around 5.30-6ish

J10 is further North than J2 of the M5 mate, that would put Lance another 20 miles away from home going back via the M42 ????

Or have i got it all wrong ?

I'm easy where we meet.

I only suggested J10 as it is more direct to go from Wolverhampton to Nottingham using the main roads than using the M42.

So is it J2 then?
