Hey guys.. My dents were removed at £50 a door so that worked out great for me as they got rid of all of them on each door for one fixed price. they are a company based in Potters Bar called Autowiz, their number is 07970079260. its a family based company father and son and their work is amazing.... if you tell them if u call them that Connor with the Red S60 T5 sent you.. you may well get a discount....

It's a long way to go to get the dents out of Christine. Still they have done an outstanding job on your T5 she looks wonderful.

I thought you couldn't get the front windows tinted any more, an mot failure?

car looks good though but it needs lowering imo.

You can’t tint the front windows as they at the legal limit and it will nullify your insurance etc.
You would have to sign a disclaimer for the work to be carried out and most reputable fitters won’t do it because of the hassle it could cause.

That's what i thought, but he said he had 7 windows done so i presumed that would of meant having the fronts done.

all the cars that have been tinted by the company over the years including their own vehicles all have the front windows tinted and have all passed their MOTs as the tint used on the fronts is a light tint and still lets the tested legal amount of light through..i know a few mates who have had theirs all tinted too an none of them have had problems with passing MOTs at various garages so should be ok... my windows on my S70R had the same tint on the fronts too, I had that for 5 years and never got stopped by police over it and never failed an MOT either.. guess just depends on the MOT tester at the time. oh and my insurance company knew the windows were all tinted and they never said it was a problem with my insurance.. hense why i have had it done to this car now too.... wasnt asked to sign any disclaimer by the company either...guess it depends on certain areas as to how they treat cars with tints etc etc.

window tinting isn't an MOT failure, its a Police/VOSA issue. I've yet to see a garage that has a tint master, however the local police station will test them for you. It used to be a 7day fix if caught but its now a fix at the side of the road offence

& as Storm-Troll said my insurance knew about the tinted front windows & were quite happy to carry on insuring me

That looks great, one tweak I would make is have a shorter rear plate with round edges - then it will be done

Yeah rear spoiler and lowered are the last things to be done.... might leave that a while tho as Since I had to give up work to become a full time medical carer for both my elderly parents I only get £100 a week now carers allownace and that dont go far so Ill have to wait on those last few as my car savings pot has almost run dry lol....

Car is looking great and I like the new addition of the tints. Might I say that £70 for the dents to be removed is quite a lot. I pay £35 to a dentmaster and he does work for Aston Martin, Mercedes etc...
