I just want to make it clear that I do not hold Justin responsible for this latest problem at all; he and Brad did excellent work on my car and I drove it for approx. 1000 miles with no hassle at all.

It's just one of those things.

    Volvo not for life lol

No we didn't; down to time I had available and also that I didn't think it would need to be skimmed as there wasn't a problem in that area, just the valve stem seals...with hindsight though...*sigh*

££££££££££ hell Jerry, I am completely gutted for you. The money work and effort that went into finally getting it right, and then for it to do this on you. It just wasn't meant to be mate... on to bigger and better things.

As always, anything I can do and all that!

Thanks mate- there is possibly a solution, but have to wait until Monday avo to find out if it's on or not (bank just need to lend me a bit of dosh lol).
Justin has an engine and has said he'll stick it in the back of his car, come over and we'll fit it between us

So, maybe, just maybe this T-5R will live again Chris

Just keep your fingers crossed that my bank are feeling exceptionally kind!

What can I say Jerry? It's not like you didn't try. If you are looking for a home for the 18t and 3" system I might know of one It just makes me realise how lucky I have been with mine (touching wood) - never had a problem with it to speak of aside from cantankerous ABS.
I just hope you sticj around the fold a bit longer...even if you do go down a different auto-route.
    KISS Rs
