Front top mounts

One of my top mounts is knocking a lot and needs replacing. What normally fails, is it the spring seat or the upper part as the lower part is cheap but the upper quite a bit more?

Almost always it's the spring seat, not the bearing.

IIRC Rufe told me that they rarely sell the bearings - it's always the seats.
