Derby Performance Hoses very cheap prices, only thing is they carry very little stock so everything is made to order, but the turnaround is only a day or so, as i found out,

I'm fitting a catch tank too at the moment and have been looking into 15mm hoses. There's quite a bit to choose from on ebay, if going silicone make sure it's the reinforced type as just normal stuff will be too thin in the walls and may collapse. A cheaper option for the breather pipes would be rubber but it will have to be oil resistant otherwise it will turn to silly putty within a week or so.

This stuff may work ok for rubber.

    or braided.

or a silicone option, this may be oil safe

why not look into fuel hose they will easily withstand the pressure and resistant to oil ect?
