    Question Rear parking sensor issue

My rear parking sensors stay on constant tone when reversing, not all the time but they have done it everytime I've reversed today! Anyone had this problem or know what the issue might be?

    Cheers

Could be dirt on the sensors, or maybe an electrical fault.

Is there a switch in the boot to turn them off?

Dirt on the sensor as said above. Mine come on intermittently in the rain when reversing when the drips roll over the sensor.

    Talking

All sorted now. For info the N/S inboard sensor was the problem it seems. I pressed them all in gently while investigating and that one weeped a little water. I squeezed out what I could, and chased the rest of the remaining moisture out with WD40. All working and now better than before, it actually has the full range of beeps now, not just silent then full beep! I wonder how much a stealer would have charged to rectify!?

Probably an hours labour & cost for the WD-40.
