i think you get a troghy for the fastest volvo and i dont mind putting a extra pound or too .and i would not worry about the peril he has to learn drag racing first with only a 13.8 anybody is in for a shout but me lol

True, very true, lol, hope to be a touch quicker this year but we will still get beaten by Gayle, i don't know why but her car was so quick last year 14.604 at avon and everything standard apart from a remap. This year she's got a 16t, 100 cell race-cat and 2.5" cat-back, ebich springs and koni shocks, pirrelli tyres, so my money is on me getting my arse whipped again lol

Hi mate, 1.3 bar after 4k is about as far as you should push it mate, you dont want that sort of pressure lower than 4k as you will be in rod bending territory, 2.5-3k at 1.3 bar will bend stuff!!!

You have a very fast car there mate its just you've got used to it.
What did it get on the rollers??(im back on them friday afternoon)

is yours hlm mapped?
sorry for all the questions i'm just seriously considering going back to get the boost altered. it may have to wait though as it's a 400 mile round trip plus whatever it costs to do.

well, i bought a set of blues to take with me when i got it mapped, but hamish said they weren't needed so still using oranges.
as for other mods, just a turbo back 2.5" sysrem with no cat and an induction kit that's about it engine wise. * forgot i fitted an me7 manifold

tbh i cant really remember BuT i do know they were well within the tolerances and it's running a tad rich i believe.
i will have a look on the dyno chart just now.

its preferable to flow the same amount of air with lower boost pressure.... my boost pressure has gone up since the cat was put back on
