    volvo 850, 214 fault code, lamba light illuminated

    my lamba light has come on, and after doing a fault code check fault 214 showed up, any ideas anyone? plz

    according to my list 214 is "RPM signal reversed or faulty"

    lol i've got 3gb of Volvo related files that i've collected over the years, 95% of it about 850's so haven't got a clue when anything goes wrong with Bonny lol

    plus codes can be found in haynes manual or with a very quick search on the net

    i got the code from haynes, light went out the other day, got back in today and its back on,

    Any ideas then guys, i was thinking steep hill overlooking a cliff, im sure its not as bad as that tho,

    Also interested in buying a 240 saloon must be GLT, or would prefer a 264. anyone in the know and i would like to hear
