    1999 C70 T5, whats it worth?

Hi ladys and gents, about 12 weeks ago i changed my V70 T5 for the C70 T5. I have to say i love the car but i miss the BOOT! So im thinking of selling the C70 to fund the purchace of a Black manual 850-R. So my question is what is a 1999 C70 T5 in silver with 70000 miles near mint outside and very good inside worth? it is standard apart from a small lip spoiler and it has the 17" BBS splits. Any ideas would be greatfully apriciated as there are so many prices on the net i cant gauge where to start.

    Cheers Guys

    Chris

dodgy one to answer really mate but about a 18mnths ago i picked up a 2000 x c70 t5 in silver with approx 120k on,very good nick for £1400!....sold it just over a year later with not many more miles on for £1900 an that was too cheap in my opinion, yours has very nice miles on though which tends to help prices,i would look in the usual places(autotrader etc)to find similar condition, milage and so on and price accordingly......or you could always start high an see where it gets you, with them miles you could try a cheeky 3 grand+

I got a paid evaluation of my C70 My1999 with 127K via autotrader - and if you put yours up for around 3K to 3500K - it would be a fair prce

I only paid £3300 for mine two years ago with 75000 miles on it. Two years on and it's only on 87000 miles.

So pitching the price around 3500 seems like a good plan.

Sorry Dave I don't follow your logic, how can a similar car which someone paid £3300 two years ago now be worth £3500.

I know the used car market has strengthened a bit in the past, but I think £3000 is nearer the mark, although obviously he can start it anywhere he wants.

The pics should give a better clue.

Age condition & mileage - like I said - start at 3500 and aim to get around the 3K mark

Thanks for the info guys, sorry not been back to you sooner but me and my bike had a small argument with some diesel. Im 100% fine so all is well but the bike needs a lot of work. I think im going to keep the car until the summer, her who must be obeyed says she now likes it? Any way thanks again for the info and ill be sure to put it up for sale sooner rather than later.

    Cheers

    Chris
