i fell lucky & got my 19t from RT when he decided not to use it onto the Peril, but you can get new ones off fleabay for about the same price

i paid £300 for my S60R manifold new from a Volvo dealer, i've seen them sell for about £100 second hand. ME7 manifold are alot cheaper & still an improvement over the original one

for the injectors it really does depend. I'm using the original orange ones, but i'm using the stock ECU running 10psi they still hit 100% duty (which aint good). FFM has increased his fuel rail pressure & his AFR is fine, not sure of his injector duty tho

i'm using a Volvo 960 throttle body, some people are not keen on them & say it gives the throttle an on/off nature. I don't mind it tho

Most of the phase 2 R manifolds i have seen for sale secondhand seem to go for £200,

ME7 about £50 porting it will be about another £40-£50 unless you can do it yourself,

The R manifolds do crack at times so just check for a good item when you buy it.

When I bought mine (s60r manifold) I asked for an XC90 manifold, exactly the same part and pert number but alot cheaper. I think it was about £100 cheaper. This was brand new from a volvo dealer.

don't quite get what you mean mate. Do you want to stick with your current injectors, or do you mean just upgrade them without doing any other work?

for the price you can get 960 throttle bodies for i wouldn't bother messing with the existing one. I got mine for £20

it'll go straight onto the exhaust manifold, but you'll need a new downpipe to match the new turbo

as for the fuelling, the bigger injectors fit straight your existing fuel rail but you'll need a remap to keep the ECU happy. FFM tried blues with his stock ECU & it didn't adapt well or run properly
