yes complete kit,was a sachs clutch tho i was told by the volvo mechanic who done it that volvo use these exact clutches only reboxed volvo
Its usually the thrust bearing. I suppose like anything they can go at any time, it only takes a bit of clutch dust or something to start it off.

noticed yesterday its stop making noise when warm seems only to be on cold start up,,,maybe somthing to do with the temperatures were seeing ?
Could also be a bearing in the gearbox, remember just 'cause your not moving when your in neutral with the clutch engaged doesn't mean that the gearbox innards are stationary, it's all still turning inside !.
