v50 d5 2008 car

any one had there later d5 enigne mapped if so is there a good gain in mpg and power
mine says its only doing 26mpg round town and thats not using the power shud it be this bad ? i no the newer d5 engine is not as good down the dpf

Mine is a standard 2008 D5 and I get 32-35 locally.
You could have a problem.
I have thought opf a remap but warranty is an issue, did look at the Volvo remap up to 210bhp (keeps warranty) bu there was no mpg advantages.
