    horns again

Ok bored stiff this afternoon so i thought i know i'll move me horns , so i did !!but i,m thinking should i also remove the plastic shield thingy majiggy thats covering the intake trunking (held on with the one torx screw) or should i leave it ? surely it would allow more air into filter by removing the obstruction but i guess it will also allow water in when its pesistently raining , any suggestions people????
p.s temped to cut away the plastic front panel as well but i bottled out

I'd leave it - bugger to put back if you cut it out

Other thing is it won't give you any significant incrase. Even moving the horns won't do that much....

I did both, that silly plastic cover on the front of the air intake was first off, then the horns. Like Andrew said, didn't do much, but took 0.2secs off my 1/4 mile time on average (or is that just wishful thinking)
