    C70 - Air Con Smell

Not sure if this is an Air Con problem but i'm getting oily smells which i think are coming through my vents on my 2004 C70.

Its so bad, it gets in you clothes which is not good in the mornings when your heading to the office

It seems to be worse when i take sharper corners which is odd.

Any ideas on what it could be?

    Cheers!

Are you sure its not exhaust fumes coming through the wents ? ....

Does the smell stop if you close the vents ?

Open the bonnet with the engine running and see if you can smell exhaust fumes or hear ticking noises ...... if it is exhaust fumes it could be a cracked exhaust manifold or a leaking gasket in that dept .. pretty small chance that this could be the case but worth a check anyway, this happened to another car i owned.

Is it only with the a/c? If not, sounds like an oil leak where it's burning off and hence the smell. Just a thought..
