Newbie question on upgrading cassette player

Hello got a 1995 850 t5 with radio/cassette player, all my stuff is on cd,s so i want to upgrade existing unit to play cd,s, is there a unit which is a straightforward plug in replacement? not bothered about multiplayer Thanks for any advice

you can get the leads that change the wiring from halfords only a tenner then you can use any stereo you like in there

Either that or you can go for a double din out of a later model, they had a cd player instead of the cassette.

Try ebay, a lead i was after for a sony was £20 from halfords found some on ebay identicle to ebay ones for 1.99!!!
