just finished fitting a boost guage and AFR, the next step is to fit MBC, found boost solenoid and hoses from comp housing and to actuator, there is also one for the recirc valve, my question is what is the correct way to fit the MBC.

Mate,have no experience with the 440. Volvo are pretty consistent so if it helps I can give you the 850 set up. It might help. From the boost source would be marked with a red tag to the BCS. From the BCS to wastegate would be yellow and from the BCS to the airflow from MAF would be blue. I fitted my MBC splitting the yellow pipe and the results are spectacular. The guide from R-Spec said to exclude the BCS which I tried and it was tosh. All that said,mine is mapped. Hope some of that helps.........Alan..

Alternatively try Renault sites as sadly,they powered your Volvo...
