Sucking / slurping noise coming from the back seat area - LOL !
Seriously though, is this indicative of a fuel pump problem? Only does it at full chat.

On the other hand it could be the aircon, there's a pipe that runs under the seat on the passenger side and if it becomes detached it pours water into the footwells.
