    Talking Wash the T5 today

Had a little cleaning session first thing this morning...

    Also, few additions:

    • Added an R-DESIGN logo under the 'T5' logo
    • Changed the rear 'Volvo' logo to the spaced out version with a chrome band underneath.

Let me know what you guy/gals think!

    Cheers,

    Jamie

Prefer the standard rear handle to be honest, even better if it was totally debadged. I like the R-Design logo. Where did you get that too?
Was talking to my Dad and we were thinking of paining the outer parts of the front grill matt black, getting a new set of rear stickers (apart from the VOLVO one) and paiting them matt black or dark grey and replacing the standard badges.

i got the R-Design logo from Volvo. The same as the one found on the front grill.

You mentioned about the front grill being black, nice, i suppose... but i would try photoshop'in that first, as the silver side wing-mirrors might look out of place... dunno... might be wrong... give it a go and post a copy!

Think it would suit the Ice White to be honest, maybe not yours and the mirrors could be done too. The front badge looked like a clip on to me?

Mate, just curious how much and where did you get the new rear logo (V O L V O). Was thinking of getting one for the boot of my P1 V70 and running it along below the number plate. What do you's think?

As the T5 came to a lonesome end

Its just the V70 2.5 10 valve SE, pictured here with the 2 people that make life worth living, my babies.

VTM he's replaced the whole handle! If you look in the picture of my Dad's R-Design in my signature you'll see they don't have the chrome bit

Really like it, but hate the new Volvo spaced badges, If I got one I would take the Volvo badge off and fit the old style volvo badge from the V70 and put it down the left side of the boot were they belong lol
    Thanks

volvoturboman: You can buy the spaced out 'V O L V O' separate from the handle, as I had too.

The handle, believe it or not, came in two parts as well! x1 Handle, x1 Chrome Trim.

    I can't remember how much I paid for the 'V O L V O' logo. Sorry, think it's £20-£30!

I comes pre templated with adhesive, so really easy to apply.

Dunno about brushed metal, but I think you can get carbon fiber ones.
