    my very long search is over

    I have finally found a set of the rocking horse **** polaris wheels am im over the moon with them.
    Ive always wanted a set since first getting the internet and seeing them on a 240 and about 11yrs later ive got them from a nice bloke in cumbria it was well worth the long trip.
    Heres some pics there off to be fully refurbed next month so ill update the pics.

    Now those are RARE wheels, hardly seen those before anywhere. Nice one Pete.

    Yeah there really rare i dont think theres is many sets of them in the uk as a lot of them are the replicas and not genuine ones

    is it me or does the second one from the left look different, look at the centre around the wheel nuts. Looks more like a Sparoc MO

    Yeah its where the block started refurbing it and had rubed the primer down

    the white(ish) wheel has quite a deep recess around the wheel nut holes as if its meant to have a centre cap, while the others only taper down slow & quite flat

    I think Pete that's it's just because the centre of the second wheel has been sanded it makes it look like the cenre part is stepped down rather than dished in, it's just an optical illusion.

    I think i get what you mean but it must be a affect of the white primer and where he has rubed them down which make them look different to you.

    All the same wheels, as pete says, I started, to try on clean one wheel up with the thought of following a thread on doing the wheels yourself, but after starting I decided to get them done by a professional, then decided to sell, and pete bought them, but all are genuine Polaris's and pete will confirm this.

    yeh, from the picture tho the centre does look different, as TC says it must be just the angle etc

    Yeah ive waited for roughly 11yrs to get these so i was first in and set off to pick them up as soon as i could lol
