    Yaaay for Barm cakes, why can't everywhere speak the same?, I was in Stoke many,many years ago at a chipy, I asked for a barm cake and the woman behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads!!!..

    we actually had an hour long chat discusion in class about what batches/baps/rols/buns/sarnies are called in different places, the greasy spoon knew what i meant when it came to lunch so i was happpy lol
