    Boot locking on convertible...

    Hi all,

Quick question, on my C70 convertible, if i leave the roof down, activate the alarm which locks all the doors, if something/somebody jumps into the car (not likely i know!) but will the alarm go off ?

I ask this as when the weather's like this, i want to leave the roof down, i don't have anything valuable in the car but may have in the boot.

I can lock the glovebox so that's ok, but someone could presumably just reach in and use the boot release catch to open the boot ?

So should i just not keep anything in the boot or can you somehow "deadlock" it ?
