    Locked out

Just wondered if anyone has any ideas. The alarm packed up ages ago, but car opened with key and c/l worked ok. Parked her up with the intention of giving her a bit of much needed tlc.
Went out this morning to start my car, as it has been standing for 6 weeks or so. Inserted the key but door did not open, button did not pop up, in fact it moved down a few mm. I am thinking it has a flat battery.
Is it just a case of connecting power to the battery? If so, how and where? Obviously I cannot access the battery terminals but are there alternative points I can attach jump leads?

    Any ideas much appreciated?

    Exclamation

Srange one.......surely the basic lock system is mechanical and should release with the key? Assume you've tried both locks so a bit baffling. Keep an eye on here mate, someone is sure to help......Suppose if you can get a lead onto the starter main terminal and earth the other to the body, that should restore the power.HTH

Should be a case of re-charging the battery to get you back in

You should be able to get it open even with the battery totally flat and deadlocked.
You have to pull the handle out slightly and work the key slowly back and forth and it should release the door catch"Be patient".
Try it as it has worked for me and others.

Not sure how that goes if it's deadlocked. Defo no in through boot though.
