well the engine? is anyway spotted smoke coming up from back of engine, so up on the ramps againnnnnnn ;-/ lots of oil but not from as far as i can see anyway the usual suspect ie:- the turbo return pipes took some piccies if anybody has any ideas would be well appreciated. Thanks Gareth

In pic 2 oil looks as ifit is coming from the top of the engine down over the turbo and water pipe work. But in pic 5 the turbo return pipe has oil on the underside of the turbo on the 5mm head bolts that fix it to the turbo so maybe the gasket is leaking. Have you checked the rear cam seals and the breather pipe from the PCV under the plug cover?

am fairly confident it's not from the top of engine but no i have'nt check breather yet, PCV was done a little while back,have'nt checked rear cam seals no most of the oil seems to be on/around the large water? pipe guess i'm gonna have to get down n dirty again ;-/ grrrrrrrr

well unbeleivably at least i think it seems at least to have been the seal on the oil filler cap FFS!!! looks like it was leaking out of filler and down over back n front of engine grrrrrrrrrr thanks volvo

could of been alot worse than just a rubber seal on the cap

finally got to trying sort leaks seems as well as the filler cap seal it was also the turbo oil return pipe hmmmmmmmmmm bottoms really did'nt think it was that ho hum
