    Poly-carbonate top bush

Am I right in thinking that this increases the sound to the cabin?

Bit of a marmite thing the top poly bush. I put one in a few years ago and hated it so it came straight out again ........HOWEVER.......I have since modified mine by drilling holes in it and seem to have reached a pleasing compromise between noise and relative comfort and I've still a managed to keep a decent gearchange ! (the rest of the car however ....)

One of the best things I have had done to mine combined with the bulkhead bush, the sound is brilliant and luckly I don't appear to have gained any rattles as a result just a slight vibration when in D with foot on the brake and car stationary which is rarely
