Spray?, what the hell is that?....

Get yourself some precut film, there's a great guy on Ebay who does it, I'll see if I can find his I.d. for you later.

What I meant is, that I've heard of it but why the hell would you use it?, one....you'll get runs(you know you will), two...you'll get overspray on everything, three....it'll scratch the first time someone goes near it. Do it properly and use film.

I bought a kit from this guy, and when it turned up late, he gave me a FULL refund.
    Can't fault his service.
(Not tried fitting the kit yet, it's on my list of things to do)

Seems like he does if for the saloon aswell and its only £30 all in, sweet! Do you have to remove the door panels or anything?

Think may get some and go Dark tint not limo.

Had my windows tinted on my last cars but all done professionally. I have a good idea how it is done and always best to do in a garage where the wind can't get to it or dust.

When your doing the doors it's best to remove the trim and then also remove the rubber seal that sits on the bottom edge of the frame. That way you can get the film down past the seal, if you don't the first time you try and wind the window down it will catch on the seal and pull the film off.

Also, remember to leave a little gap at the top for when the window sits into the top seal, again if you don't it soon starts to lift the flm, dirt gets in and you end up trimming it back anyway.

Don't these fit all the way upto the top of the window? They should as that is what all the professional ones do. Normally you get it fitted and they tell you to not open the windows with the tint on for a good few days so all excess moisture can evaporate and so then the film sticks perfectly.

Even the professionals don't fit the film right to the very edge of the glass they normally leave it about 2mm from the edge of the chamfering on the glass, which is what I think TC mean't
