Had a look at my cooler other night an the inside has residue of oil... is there anyway i can clean the cooler out so its all sparkly fresh haha?!?!

Thanked 342 Times in 293 PostsYou can clean it out by removing it and filling it with a good degreaser or petrol and then giving it good shake and emptying it. You can do this a couple of times then leaveit filled overnight to remove any stubborn deposits.

Thanked 501 Times in 295 Postsbrake cleaner works well to, but you MUST let it dry out over night or else you will have some very interesting popping noises when you start up, used to do this quite regular on my landy.

Thanked 27 Times in 22 Postssorted it now. but thanks for the info guys,...took it into the shower filled it wit gunk an shook it about a bit..then ran the shower hose thru it till was jus clear water... an i forgot weve got a wet/dry vac/blow machine so i jus used that on the blow setting an made sure it was dry. looks like new now also so bonus
