    Question Engine hunts after PCV

I've just done the PCV changeout, put it all back together, fired up, and let it idle. Sounded okay, but when the car is sitting still and I rev the engine to say 2000 rpm it hunts, very slightly, not really enough to show on the revcounter, appears as a twitch more than anything, but enough to be audible. Seems to be steady enough at idle.

    Any ideas?

Air leaks did occur to me, and I checked the idle control valve connections. I'll go back outside and try spraying selected bits with WD40 and see what happens.
