mine used to run past the normal 15psi limit so we might be able to get a few more psi out of it. I like to make everything more efficient to get more power out of it

    Happy days... internet's back....

All I need now is a new clutch, and actuator from a 19T, and a fuel pressure regulator to see me approaching 320bhp... Gotta go on holiday first though.

pedro can vouch for me on this one, I'm getting more mpg than with the 15g. I drove round Coventry last night for 15 miles, and averaged 25.6mpg, where before if I was gettin 22 I was shocked.... on the M6 on the way home, sat at 75 - 80, she was showing ~40mpg!!

Did I mention I'm running the standard exhaust and standard airbox with paper filter? I guess I just did, eh? There's soooo much more to come from this engine before I consider remapping it, other than the blue injectors not working due to fuel pressure, my experiment was pretty sucessful, I didn't get the final figure over 300 ponies, but when the clutch is sorted she will be, so I'm happy, as 300bhp was my target that I "had" to reach, so I could justify the expenditure to myself. The added fuel economy is a nice bonus I didn't even consider....

BTW, the car was running on 95 ron morrisons fuel for the setup yesterday....

ooh... time to fix the sig... I'll get a pic of the graph up shortly, and a vid of the final power run...

i think your clutch will last, it was fine all the way home. I think it just got a bit warm after the runs on the dyno with a high load on it

it would of been interesting to try my intake pipe on it, thinking about it you can give it a try anyway if you want to pop round?
