    It was worth buying anyway I reckon, I'm enjoying the rest of the read...

    Sort of like Max Power but for people who actually take their cars apart and make mechanical modifications :-)

    Got the when new price wrong aint they. Thought they were 36k for a manuel R

    Yep they were just under £36K for the R model in either Estate or Saloon and manual or auto.

    there is also a feature on the redblock turbo engines earlier on in the magazines with the section double your power ... found it quite exciting that there is 2 things to do with our belovd volvo's in a magazine such as redline! admittedly, i did write into them a few months back detailing some info on how tunable they are (inc the 850's) and what awesome sleepers they would make haha!!

    Volvo's are becoming cool finally i think ...
