Well, seeing as I cant post in "How to" I thought Id post this here.
First, remove the bolt from the upper engine mount
Lift the arm out of the way, and using an old big screwdriver or similar, twist out the old rubber, then slide the driver down the back of the mount outer casing, and bend and lever that out too.
Then, undo all of the Torx Screws on the cam cover, and lift away. This is to expose the last bolt on the engine mount bracket
Then undo the four bolt that hold the bracket in place
Lift out the bracket, fit the new bush (mine just slid in, no grease required) and then lift up the bulkhead bracket, and slide the mount under it and bolt it back onto the engine. Refit the cam cover, put the torx screws in, and there ya go
EASY!
