I wanted to make all volvo owners aware of a company selling & advertising volvo parts .
This company is swedish-car-spares.co.uk run by a keith cooper
he says he has parts takes youre cash & sends no goods
makes loads crap saying he sent please all ovoid this company
& dealings with this retard . As he ripped me off & i dont want see other volvo owners have the same problems .

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI ordered a shock absorber from Keith Cooper in June 2011. I did receive the part but when I fitted it and then took it straight for its MOT and Inspector said it was faulty and extremely dangerous and leaking. I contacted Keith Cooper who said he would send a replacement. Nothing happened although I phoned him daily he kept saying he would send one. Eventually he said he would send me my money back less his postage costs. Days went by but nothing - first he said he would send a cheque, then he said he would prefer to refund it to my card, then he said he had just plain forgotten. Weeks went by - now I have sent him a 7 day warning letter to take action against him in the Small Claims Court if he does not pay up. It was when I went to his website to get his address for the letter that I found there is no address on his website - had I realised this in the beginning I would not have ordered from him. I have used the two addresses that members on this site have given and that I have found on the internet. I reported him to Trading Standards in Southampton. Incredibly they are not at all interested - almost accusing me of daring to report a local businessman. I thought it was their duty to invesigate such issues!!! Especially when for instance on his website he says all his items are thoroughly and rigorously inspected before going on for sale!!! If anyone else would like to Mr Cooper to Trading Standards in Southampton maybe they will take this seriously - the name of Officer who replied to me was Claire Hill at Claire.Hill@southampton.gov.uk -
