alryt lads found my new head n got it fitted just need a set of green bosch injectors if any1 has any give us a shout cheers

Don't R's run either orange's on auto's or white's on manuel's?

I have a set of oranges that i was told were flowed/cleaned and never used, £25?

i put a volvo s70 t5 head on coz myn blew across the water jacket,yeh myn runs on a set of oranges but iv fitted a new larger intercooler,filter, full system and reverse intercooler pipe and iv been advised by a rica tuner in doncaster it would be best to fit green bosch injectors

Thts not necessarily true. Dependant on the level of tune and turbo you can run the oranges with a Rica but the whites or blues would give a little more scope for tuning. The greens are a lot bigger than the oranges and flow around 100cc/min@3bar more fuel on top of what the oranges flow. The whites and blues flow around 40cc/min@3bar more than the oranges.

White's would be more than capable for that spec, make sure your supplied with a map suitable to run with whatever injectors you decide to use.

i seem to be able to find plenty of blues(275cc) but cnt find any whites (175cc) if any1 spots any post me a link please....rob

Blues off a T5 are about 398cc and Whites are about 350cc.
Volvoised and S70Chris both have Whites for sale, with your mods you would probably get the lamda light come on with Greens.

I've been reading up on this today, an as far as I can see, the injectors flow at the rates below....

orange ~ 315cc/min injectors

white injectors ~ 350cc/min.

blue's ~ 395cc/min injectors

green ~ 468cc/min injectors

Don't take that as gospel, but I've read in a few places this evening, and there is some differing of opinions, but they all state roughly the same figures, maybe + or - 5cc.

If anyone knows for certain what the flow rates are, then now would be a good time to drop yer tuppence...

Sorry Niles, but simply put, those are wrong.

The figures from Tim for blues and whites are correct. Fridge is right on the oranges, but the greens I think were a bit smaller, 440 or 450cc?

why don't you try p.m jimathan he usually has some spares about, very handy to know because he always recons all he has, so whatever you pay is always cheaper because you are getting really good injectors, , cheers guys - pjay....

This is a Bosch Book value list for Bosch injectors as listed and used by the ASNU cleaning machine company/setup. Check your bosch injector number against those in the list to find out for sure what the injectors flow at a defined limit of 3bar/min.
