    Finally washed it

had the AWD nearly a month now and finally had/made time to give it a proper wash, run over with the buff (3M Finnesse) and a polish....

Used AutoGlym Radiant Wax Polish 1st and trying out AutoGlym High Definition Wax for the 1st time as a top coat and results so far are pretty good, not to difficult to work on and off and according to the blurb is meant to be very hard wearing, only time will tell.

For the bumpers lightly *cough* warmed with a paint stripping gun and then protected with Turtle Wax "Black in a flash", cheesey name but it's a creamy gel which doesn't run the way some other products do....

I'm pretty pleased with my £350 AWD, what do you think?

pictures really aren't very good as my compact digital camera is failing

Very nice matey. Looks nice and shiney.

Did mine the other day for the first time since christmas, the lower doors and sills were coated in tar. Took me a while with a rag and some white spirit to remove it.

MBC should put a nice smile on your face too mate, it has for me. Did a load of motorway miles today, that was fun. I'm still waitin to have a day out on the twisties though.
