volvo s40

can anyone help me i brought a second hand sc900 cd radio taken from a c70 to put into my s40 but now i found out that i need a volvo amp as it wont work has any one got one who are willing to sell it or have you any way of getting round it i would be grateful for any information on this ivor

It definitely needs an amp, there is on in the for sale section as it happens.
No an easy job as the wiring for the speakers will all need to be re-done.
If you but an amp, make sure you get the cable to go with it to connect the speakers up to the HU as without it you have nothing.
