    Turbo gaskets

Hi all, I've just been on the phone to Volvo to order some bits for changing my turbo from the 15g to a 16T, I ordered various bits including Return oil seal gasket, 'O' ring for the same pipe other end, new copper washers etc etc....
Volvo said there is NO gasket for the Turbo to Exhaust manifold or the Turbo to downpipe. Is this right?

Have it skimmed as it is probably warped slightly. It will give you a better surface to seal against also.

There wasn't on our year of car, but they did fit them to later cars so you can choose to fit them if you wish. IPD lists the Volvo part numbers here:

    http://www.ipdusa.com/product.asp?P_ID=1857&CAT_ID=372

I fitted these to my car a couple of weeks ago, ordered from Rufe I believe.
