I'd say 800-900 rpm? At least that's where my T5 sits at idle. Most of the time

My '94 850 T5 manual sits at around 650 - 700rpm, nice & low. Most 5+ cylinder cars idle at low revs, it's just the way, however I have noticed that cars with AT idle a bit higher (around the 800-900 mark)
