My question are:
- What parts are needed?
- How easy are the brackets to get hold of and where from?
- Will they fit under standard 850r wheels?
- Are there any Porsche breakers that sell the cailpers?
Cheers..

Hi Spec will make a caliper/disc setup if asked. Has anyone tried them for a price.
Hiya,
in my experience it would need to be at least 16mm spacers to fit 993TT calipers under Volans. I had 15mm ones and they wouldn't quite clear.
For my 17" Pegasus I'm running 3mm spacers. I have heard there are two manufacturing plants for the wheels, Germany and Poland. My genuine Pegasus were Polish made, and shaved a sliver of paint off the caliper. There is a theory that this is a tolerance/quality issue and the German wheels don't touch. I haven't tried a German Pegasus so I don't know.
That's not the only reason I went to a 3mm spacer though - the other reason you should consider it (for 17" OR 18") is to put the scrub radius back to the value it would have been with stock (for an 850R) Volan wheels on a 43mm offset. This can affect handling and I swear I felt more tramlining and torque steer effects going from a 43mm offset 7J Volan to 46mm offset 8J Pegasus until I put the 3mm spacer on.

O.k ...I think the 993 tt's are excellent, am running them with ds2500's and work great but squeal like ££££.....have been in tims car on a white knuckle ride and believe me those ap's are brilliant and fill you with confidence....the 993tt's aren't quite as good but when set up correctly with brake fluid and decent rear pads and discs are well worth a good £1K saving....I'm running mine with 18" kahn rs-s which are 8j and 35 offset so no spacers ....the car is Very well planted on this set up ...the porkers look the biz too..
