Problem is, HID on stand reflectors is not good for light cut off.
There is one set of projectors for the 850, which are best for HID's.

personal choice. Up to you, your car do what you want with it. No contract in keeping it standard looking.
.....sooper moose. '97 850R manual. Yum yum.
I believe many here said these lights were rubbish looking and "chavvy" I tried to get a deal for the forum from the manufacturer and there were such comments and no interest . I have posted the website for the Taiwanese manufacturer from where all the others buy from on these pages before . Now whats changed with you lot ?? i have mine [ chrystal halo angel eyes ] in the shed waiting for some time to install....... Also some HIDs to go in the projector part and maybe in the high beam as well [ have 4000K set and 5000K set to try out and may change fogs to hid as well ] some LEDs for the turn signals and park/side globes and some protection film to stick on . the only thing i can say is that they dont have good sealing and clips are loose so will get some rubber "noodle " inserted in the rim will also make the clips more effective. BTW , the cost has gone up a THIRD since i first posted about these......Good luck.
i quite like the black 850 lights on european tuning though id blank the leds between the light pods off

lot of replys here, but nothing really valuable being said. I have pics of these lights on my car (black 850R) as well as a few other cars including a yellow. Ill post them once i get home from work. I ran them for about 2 months. However, they are VERY CHEAP. They look like they were made from the same factory making ebay special honda lights. I have known other people that ran these and after a few months in the sun they start developing tiny cracks on the surface of the lenses. You can see them quite clearly in direct sunlight. I would not suggest anyone purchase them.
i have them for year now on my car:
they were like 229 euros.
her's a pic of them at night:
have had no problems with cracks but a bit of condense.
heres my car:
I sure this has been asked before but do they do them for the P2 V70?
V70 T5 P2 2001
RICA UPGRADE
KONI FSD SHOCKS
EIBACH SPRINGS
POLY TOP MOUNT
18" NEBULA'S
the black ones are deffo to my taste, only thing is i'm sure i read a guide on these somewhere and they have a sticker on them saying "NO HID" (too hot for the low quality lens maybe??) don't know if anyone can confirm this either way.
These are best for HID due to the lense of the dipped bulb been a projector..

I like them for that purpose only. I dont really care for the angel eyes.
Sorry but they look gash,
If you want the front of your Volvo to look like a BMW then just buy a BMW.
If you want your lights to appear smoked detail the non unused areas of the reflectors and lenses....
