the 2.5 10 is the only motor to use the fenix 5.1 system , which uses a map sensor, and just a temp sensor where the MAF would normally be.
The ISCV is also different from the bosch application, but it's still a 2-wire component.
The 10 valvers dont use a variable length intake manifold like the na 20v's do.

Are you swapping t5 motor into the place of a 2.5 10v then?
not quite,but engine swap,.yes in near future. had some fun with my 10v 2.5 but its time to up the game,.. but the car as a whole is so clean i dont want to be rid of it tbh. i know i could just buy a T5 and be done with it but where's the fun in that if i can rebuild soemthing myself for no extra cost

I wondered, as i have a totally mint '97 100k 2.5 10v S70 that I use day to day, and to find a similarly tidy T5 low miles would be probbaly nigh on impossible, so it had crossed my mind about dropping in a T5 motor when the time came, but the feasibility / botherment of the job kinda put me off... (if you do it, make some notes for future reference can you!)
