I last used Valvoline, before that Shell Helix. Just use a good one and change every 5-8k to prolong the engine life.A 2001 Buell X1 Lightning now in sunny Tenerife and a Santa Cruz Superlight..yes I will get on it!

Thanked 3,711 Times in 2,752 Postshi lee i use 10/40 semi synthetic and change oil every 3k or evey yr which ever one comes first also as said in this post change your oil frequant will prolong your engine life its the key to good running
