Dunno about the fitting, but a guage that goes to 1.5 bar (20-25psi) will do fine, a T5 will do about 15 psi un modded, but run around 20 psi when chipped.

Get a japanese gauge as most others are inaccurate! (blitz hkh etc)

Hope you can figure out the feed through! I'm about to try on a p2 v70!

I think you'll fine that a stock T5 engine will do 9-10 psi. Stage 1 map 14-16 psi.

Id personally get a guage that goes upto 20.

1.5bar or a 20psi guage will be fine.

as a mapped T5/R will boost to approx 1.2bar which is 17.4 (ish) psi

Ive gor a greddy boost gauge and its very accurate.

there's a bulkhead pass through on the drivers side of the car - It has nipples you can cut off and feed the vacuum line through but its a pain as it's corrugated! takes a while and a bit of patience! lol!

    I bought an electronic one.
    a) Its nicer
    b) its easier to feed wires through the bulkhead.

I've fitted to both in the past. There is a boost pipe that you can create a T off on the end of the inlet manifold. In pre-ME7 there is a boost chrimbo tree that is roughly in the same point. Either way this topic has been done before - hence I feel a little reluctant to go searching for old photos of it.

regarding where to feed hose, on ME7 cars there is an unused hole where the throttle cable went through the bulkhead on earlier models.

this is something i will probably do at some point, but haven't got around to it.
