Error Code ! Help

Hi can antone advise on this, I was coming to work this morning and the ETS light came on, I have a code reader and checked the codes and the error codes are
P0102
P1652

Does anyone know what these codes are? he car would not move about 30MPH after this lucky i was close to work, However i work 40 miles form home so the drive home will be interesting?

Car is a 1998 C70 T5

Any help/ advise you can offer would be greatly welcomed

p0102 - MAF, low input signal, probable cause is wiring, MAF or ECM

P1652 - MAF, probable cause MAF, MAP sensor, ETS, ECM.

Basically it sounds like your MAF - mass air flow metre. quite cheap from ebay, or you might get second hands from breakers. or try rufe on this forum for a good price on a brand new unit.

if your after a second hand one, then drop me a PM with the numbers from your original unit.

Had the MAF replaced about 8 months ago? would this have gone so quickly ?? I have the old one still so i can test the error, The engine light is not on just the ETS light ?

have you checked your wiring??? also, is your car pre ME7 or is the old style cable throttle???

Ok just been out and had a look at the car, I statrted it up and the ETS light is no longer showing but now i have the Engine light on, and code P0102 only. MAf was new about 8 months ago so don't think it has gone again. ( well hope so any way) !

try another maf
