2005 Volvo S60 RHas anyone changed the reverse light switch on an S60R before?
Any ideas where it is and is it a easy or hard job to change?

Thanked 351 Times in 297 PostsIt sits near the top of the Gearbox with a 2 pin plug and about 4-5" of wire to the plug from the switch. For better access its better to remove the air box.
The replacement from Volvo with come like this with the connectors out of the plug. (as in like a kit)
Bit of a fiddly job, but not difficult (ish)

Thanked 530 Times in 341 PostsMine have been working on and off for the last month, they worked this morning when I went to get my exhaust done and then my LED bulbs turned up this afternoon so I've fitted them and now the switch isn't working again. Typical! Lol
